High Frequency In Situ Monitoring of Phytoplankton by Remote Flow Cytometry

This movie describes a project aiming at installing a Cytosub flow cytometer (Cytobuoy b.v.) onto the EOL buoy (OOV) installed off-shore Villefranche-sur-mer (NW Mediterranean Sea). The goal is to study in situ the dynamics of phytoplankton. Analyses have been performed at the single cell level.
